Following the State of California’s Emergency Regulations regarding the sale of intoxicating hemp products, the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office has launched an awareness campaign addressing the sale of unlicensed cannabis products from smoke shops, unlicensed dealers, and black-market sources.
