District Attorney Volunteer Internship

We are currently accepting Volunteer Internship applications for Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025 from pre-law college students and those currently in law school.  We have met our capacity for summer 2024 internships.

Volunteer to work at the District Attorney's Office alongside our Deputy District Attorneys and Investigators! You will have the opportunity to observe and participate in the work involved in navigating the criminal justice system.

 

 

 

Post-Bar Internship Positions

Available to all post-bar law students.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2024 Post Bar Law Clerk position. This is a paid full-time contract position that will start in August 2024 through December 2024.  Applicants can also apply for positions for after the February 2025 bar exam, that will start in  March 2025 through May 2025. Applicants must apply on the San Joaquin County Human Resources website.
