Stockton, CA – At its meeting today, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors advanced a proposal that will update the County’s no camping ordinance to allow more effective enforcement of public property in the jurisdiction. The proposal had the support of the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department, with Sheriff Patrick Withrow speaking in favor of the proposal.
