Residents are encouraged to register at the website https://registertovote.ca.gov or pick-up a voter registration card at local post offices or the San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters Office (ROV) located at 44 North San Joaquin Street, Third Floor, Suite 350, Stockton, CA 95202.
