On November 12, 2024 the Board of Supervisors approved a Notice of Intent to purchase the Oakmoore Golf Course located on Wilson Way on unincorporated County land within the City of Stockton. Because the County is in the due diligence phase of this process, no further comments will be made unless the purchase is completed.

Today, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a purchase agreement to buy the former City of Stockton Administration Building located at 400 East Main Street in Stockton.

The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors approved a long-term plan for energy efficiency and electric savings in County-owned buildings which will save approximately $142 million over the next 25 years.
