The Department of Public Works is administered by the Director of Public Works and an Executive Team composed of three Deputy Directors and the Public Works Business Administrator. The Executive Team is responsible for 20 specialty teams, which are divided into four operating groups: Administration, Development, Engineering, and Operations.
