Today at approximately 5PM, the evacuation warnings for Airport Court and Haven Acres Mobile Home Park along the San Joaquin River were increased to Evacuation Orders. At this time, an evacuation warning remains in effect for Turtle Beach. Reclamation districts will continue monitoring levees and address issues if they arise.

Today at approximately 4PM, additional evacuation warnings were issued for Turtle Beach and Haven Acres Mobile Home Park along the San Joaquin River. This is currently only a warning due to high water hazards. Reclamation districts will continue monitoring levees and address issues if they arise.

Stockton, CA - At 12 p.m. on January 28, 2023, San Joaquin County will open a Disaster Recovery Center at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, located at 2101 E. Earhart Ave, Stockton, CA 95206. Multiple local, State, and Federal agencies will be available to assist San Joaquin County residents who have been impacted by floods.

LODI, CA - At 2:40 p.m. on January 23, 2023, the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office announced that the Arbor Mobile Home Park Evacuation Order (EO) was lifted and residents can return home safely.

Stockton, CA - On January 18, 2023, San Joaquin County was added to the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) major disaster declaration for the State of California.
