Stockton, CA– On July 19, 2024, Levi Alexander, 39, was sentenced to 75 years following his conviction on 17 counts of child molestation. Alexander, a Stockton resident, was found guilty after a trial that concluded with a jury verdict on April 4, 2024.
The charges included violations of PC 288(a), lewd or lascivious act on a minor under 14 years old; PC 287(c)(2)(c), oral copulation by duress or by force on a child between 14 and 17 years old; PC 261(a)(2), rape by fear or duress; and Penal Code 288(c)(1), lewd or lascivious act on a child age 14 or 15. The offenses were committed between 2016 and 2021, involving two victims.
