Stockton – San Joaquin District Attorney Ron Freitas announces a successful conviction in the 7-11 robbery case. The defendant, Tyrone Frazier, 42, of Stockton, entered a plea for a completed robbery under PC 211 in the 2nd degree, receiving the upper term of three years. Additionally, he admitted to a prior strike, doubling the sentence to 6 years. Restitution has been reserved, and all other standard terms have been applied to ensure justice is served.
