Stockton - Larry Galicinao, 38, of Stockton, was sentenced to 28 years to life in State Prison by The Hon. Judge Richard Mallett. Galiciano was convicted of an attack where he doused two victims with gasoline and lit them on fire, causing horrific injuries.

Galiciano was convicted of 2 counts of Premeditated Attempted Murder causing Great Bodily Injury. For each conviction, he received consecutive 10 to life sentences. He was also convicted of Arson of an Inhabited Structure for which he received an additional 8 years, consecutive to the life sentences. Galiciano was convicted of additional charges for which concurrent sentences were legally required.
