The San Joaquin County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk's Office Now Offers Passport Services

On May 4, 2021, the Board of Supervisors approved the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk’s request to receive passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. The Office of the Recorder-County Clerk also provides additional services such as, passport photos and photocopies of the documents, if needed. Your passport will be mailed directly to you from the Passport Agency. Appointments can be scheduled online. Please refer to our Passport Services page on our website for more information.
