San Joaquin County Substance Use Services has many different providers to meet the Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) needs of our community. The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria clinical assessment will determine if Medication for Addiction Treatment would be beneficial to the individual. The length of treatment episode in MAT services is continually assessed which allows for individualized care based on individual needs.

Integrated Wellness Clinic
Serves: Adults, Men and Women
Services Offered: Buprenorphine, Open to existing patients of SJ Health Clinics as primary provider.
Length of Treatment Episode: based on individual needs of participant.
