Community-Based Recovery Services

San Joaquin County Substance Use Services has many different providers to meet the community-based recovery needs of our community. The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria clinical assessment will determine the level of care necessary for an individual based on their needs. The length of stay in community-based services is continually assessed through the ASAM criteria which allows for individualized care based on individual needs.
