Stockton, CA – Supervisor Steve Ding, Fourth District, issued the following statement on the recent Board action to approve a new Deputy Sheriffs’ Association Contract:

“This is another step I’ve taken to show that public safety remains my top priority; I also voted to streamline the hiring process. Taken together, these steps will ensure that we can put more deputies on the street.”
