“Senator Dianne Feinstein was a public servant for more than 50 years of her life. Her commitment to her community and the state of California should be held in high regard by all of us. Dianne Feinstein was a trailblazer for women in public and private life. Her dedication to public service is a reminder to us all the need to participate in care for our community, our state and our nation. On behalf of the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, I want to offer our condolences to her family and friends, and her colleagues in the United States Senate. May she rest in peace.”
