To register electronically, please follow the below steps:
  1. Download, complete and print the Structural Pest Control Business, Branch 2 & 3 (SPCB) County Registration form.

      3. a. Completed Structural Pest Control Business, Branch 2&3 (SPCB) County Registration form

      b. Copy of Company Registration Certificate issued by the Structural Pest Control Board

      c. PLEASE ENSURE ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

  3. Please log in, upload and pay the registration documents via the CalAgPermits portal: $10.00. Registration fee may be paid by Online Credit Card payment, or by Money Order or Check payable to San Joaquin County.
