Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) Registration

To register electronically, please follow the below steps:
  1. Download, complete and print the Farm Labor Contractor County Registration form AND the Registration and Field Worker Safety Requirements for Farm Labor Contractors (English and Spanish versions available).

  2. Upload the registration documents to your CalAgPermits account.  Submission to CalAgPermits, please Click Here

    1. a. Completed Farm Labor Contractor County Registration Form

      b. Completed Registration and Field Worker Safety Requirements for Farm Labor Contractors:

      c. Provide a copy of Farm Labor Contractor State License (valid for registering year)

  3. Please log in, upload and pay the registration documents via the CalAgPermits portal: $35.00. Registration fee may be paid by Online Credit Card payment, or by Money Order or Check payable to San Joaquin County.

Once registration is processed and completed, a copy of the signed registration will be mailed. Registration is not valid until you receive the signed registration form from the Agricultural Commissioner.
