The Office of the Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and Measures, and the University of California Cooperative Extension, in cooperation with the Sheriff’s Office and the Office of Emergency Services, have created a Livestock Pass Program authorized by the Board of Supervisors, on July 9, 2024, with order B-24-40.  Individuals interested in obtaining a San Joaquin County Livestock Pass must complete an application and liability waiver, and participate in an approved training offered free:

• Tuesday, October 1 from 8 AM to 12:30 PM
• Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Avenue, Stockton
