The following are the services provided and the rate charged for the 2024-2025 fiscal year (per Single Family Equivalent):

• Water - $1,854.00 annual flat rate for residential properties
• Swimming Pool Refill - Water rate for regular customers: $3.43 per 1,000 gallons; and out-of-area water rate: $5.14 per 1,000 gallons

RATE INCREASE INFO - A multi-year rate increase proposal was passed that became effective July 2018. Please see the Engineer's Report for information on this increase.
