Emergency Medical Services
The purpose of the San Joaquin Operational Area Healthcare Coalition is to improve and sustain the healthcare preparedness capabilities within the San Joaquin Operational Area by providing a forum for multi-agency coordination; joint emergency preparedness planning, training and exercising; as well as information and resource sharing. The coalition is comprised of participating healthcare facilities, providers, public and private medical and health agencies/organizations, public safety agencies, non-government agencies, and other community partners operating within the geographic boundaries of San Joaquin County.
