Expired Improvement Districts Surplus Funds

On July 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. R-23-124, which  declared that surplus funds in expired  improvement district 51 be  distributed to eligible property owners in that district. The parcel numbers and ownership  eligibility dates can be found in the link below, along with a copy of the Board Resolution. The Auditor-Controller’s Office  has determined the names and addresses of the owners of these parcels during the dates indicated and  mailed claim forms to those owners.
