The following are the services provided and the rates charged for the 2024-2025 fiscal year (per Single Family Equivalent):

• Water - $2,096.00 annual flat rate for residential properties, $5.57 metered rate per 1,000 gallons for commercial properties.
• Swimming Pool Refill - Water rate for regular customers: $5.37 per 1,000 gallons; and out-of-area water rate: $8.05 per 1,000 gallons

RATE INCREASE INFO - A multi-year rate increase became effective fiscal year 2019-2020. Please see the Engineer's Report for more information.

Rehabilitation work for Well #2 is currently in progress. Work includes cleaning of the well and replacement of the pump and motor. This work is expected to be included by the end of October.
