The following are the services provided and the rates charged for the 2024-2025 fiscal year (per Single Family Equivalent):

  • Water - $2,074.00 annual rate for undeveloped properties. Metered properties pay a monthly fixed charge based on meter size and a metered rate of $3.05 per 1,000 gallons.
  • Swimming Pool Refill - Water rate for regular customers: $4.67 per 1,000 gallons; and out-of-area water rate: $7.01 per 1,000 gallons
  • Nitrate Treatment - In addition to the charges for water, properties in Zone W pay a supplemental charge for nitrate treatment. All properties pay a minimum annual charge of $1,040.84. Metered properties pay both an annual rate of $2,615 per 1,000,000 gallons and metered rate billed periodically of $1.62 per 1,000 gallons.
  • Sewer - $11,000 per EU (1 EU for sewer service = 310,250 gallons of effluent)
  • Street Lighting - $175.00 annual rate
  • Storm Drainage - $492.00 annual rate
