The following are the services provided and the rates charged for the 2024-2025 fiscal year (per Single Family Equivalent):

• Water - $828.00 annual flat rate

• Swimming Pool Refill - Water rate for regular customers: $1.93 per 1,000 gallons; and out-of-area water rate: $2.90 per 1,000 gallons

• Street Lighting - $40.00 annual rate
