San Joaquin County Public Works has adopted an electronic bidding process

In order to submit an electronic bid for any project, you must register and obtain a Digital Vendor ID with Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com

Please allow at least five (5) business days to complete the registration process. It is highly recommended that a Digital Vendor ID be active 48 hours in advance of submitting an electronic bid. All costs associated with obtaining a Digital ID and submitting a bid using Bid Express is the sole responsibility of the bidder.
