San Joaquin County is committed to providing ADA public access to all San Joaquin County facilities, programs, and services where possible. Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits all state and local governmental agencies from discriminating against qualified individuals with disabilities in the operation of all services and programs.
To ensure that individuals can participate in and benefit from the public services offered by San Joaquin County, the County established an ADA Title II Coordinator.
