Countywide Oversight Board

Welcome to the San Joaquin Countywide Oversight Board website. The seven member board was established by California Senate Bill 107 to oversee the four successor agencies within San Joaquin County (Manteca, Ripon, Stockton, and Tracy). The Countywide Oversight Board has a fiduciary responsibility to holders of enforceable obligations and the taxing entities that benefit from the distribution of property tax and other revenues pursuant to ABx1 26 as amended by AB 1484.

The four successor agencies in San Joaquin County primarily administer and repay the enforceable obligations of the former redevelopment agencies, and dispose of the former redevelopment agencies’ non-housing properties and assets.
