Public Hearing Silva Estates Reorganization to the City of Manteca
The City of Manteca has submitted an application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) to annex 88 acres to the City of Manteca with concurrent detachments from the Lathrop-Manteca Fire District and the San Joaquin County Resource Conservation District.  The area proposed for annexation is located to the south of Woodward Avenue, to the east and west of Union Road.
